Established in 1981, Chung Ying is one of Birmingham’s oldest and most valued Cantonese restaurants, winning several prestigious awards including the Best Dumplings in the UK in 2022 at the National Golden Chopsticks Awards, Best East Asian Restaurant in the Midlands in 2022, Best Oriental Restaurant in the Midlands in 2019 and the Best Restaurant in Birmingham in 2019 as well making it to the final 3 of “Britain’s Best Chinese Restaurant”.
